  • Lead QA Tool Developer

    New Delhi, — 3 - 5 years experience

    Job Description
    1. We are looking for sharp analytical minds to work as Lead QA Tool Developer. Your work will include:
    2. To perform performance testing , load testing operations
    3. To participate in development of QA tools using scripts, Python ,Perl , C or any other programming language

  • Server Engineer

    New Delhi — 3 - 5 years experience

    Job Description

    This role is ideally suited for someone who is a combination of a DBA, System Administrator and System Performance Engineer. Your work will include:

    Key responsibilities which need to be handled:

    1. Reliability - mobikwik needs to be up all the time, no matter what the traffic.
    2. Security - Ensure that mobikwik servers comply with all certifications at all time and cannot be breached in any way.
    3. Monitoring - Establish and run a sophisticated monitoring service using out of box and self-developed tools to record data for future use.
    4. Automation - Build and maintain tools and scripts to automate various manual processes related to the application.
    5. Performance - Tune the web servers, app servers, databases and all services to meet the performance goals set by the spec.
    Desired Profile
    • Deep experience with Linux and associated OS concepts, services and esp security
    • Ability to Automate processes by building new tools. Scripting experience(shell/php/python) is mandatory.
    • In-Depth Knowledge of Databases(esp Mysql) and tricks on how to configure and optimize them for scale.
    • Understanding of Network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, HSRP, NAT, IPSec) and adept at configuring Hardware/Software firewalls.
    • Experience setting up application servers and configuring them for monitoring and performance
    • Experience in production deployment with minimum downtime.
    • Ability to work on call and respond to production failures.
    • Some knowledge of Java is a plus

  • Merchant Operation Manager

    New Delhi — 2 - 7 years experience

    Job Description
    1. Merchant Applications & Onboarding - Ability to calculate merchant risk by verifying merchant business model and credentials. Review merchant applications to ensure that they comply with company policies. Perform KYC checks for the prevention and detection of Fraud. Own the decision of merchant approval and rejection for all merchant applications.
    2. Merchant Portfolio Risk Management - Review payments by Merchant and by Category to identify those which could possibly cause monetary losses to the company. Educate merchants on ways to minimize card-holder disputes. Review transactions processed by merchants hitting rule parameters. Provide feedback to enhance rule criteria and to increase recoveries by fraud investigations. Conduct comprehensive investigations on fraud claims and achieve recovery. Design and implement a Risk Dashboard and escalation framework to report key risk issues to reduce fraud losses.
    Desired Profile
    • Experience in credit card fraud, payment processing, merchant acquiring, risk management in a bank, financial institution or payments company required
    • Sound knowledge of merchant risk, payment risk, card associaton policies, charegback processes, and associated controls is mandatory
