Bipin Preet Singh
Founder CEO
Bipin has been running the show at MobiKwik since we launched in Q3 2009. From coding to site operations to customer support to business development to marketing to hiring Bipin has done it all at MobiKwik. His current focus is new product ideas, market differentiation and building strong revenue streams for the company. Bipin’s prior career experiences were in the consumer hardware space as a Platform Architect at Intel & Nvidia at Bangalore and then Freescale Semiconductors at Noida. Bipin has dabbled in advertising as a Partner with Star Auto and in civic advocacy as a volunteer with Janagraaha. Bipin has a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi.

Upasana Taku
Head, Business Development & Merchant Operations
Upasana helps us with partnerships, business analytics and strategic decision making. She is currently CEO at Zaakpay.com. Her work at MobiKwik.com inspired her to start a company to solve the payments problems in India. Upasana spent her early professional years as a senior product manager with PayPal (an eBay company) in Silicon Valley. She has a Bachelors in Engineering from NIT Jalandhar and a Masters in Management Science from Stanford University. She is interested in web products, startups, offbeat travel and triathlons.

Nikhil Narang
VP, Consumer Operations
From generating new revenue streams, to closing reseller business deals, to suavely managing service providers, to dealing with angry customers Nikhil does it all in a days work. Nikhil is also the process guy who proactively creates automated systems to ensure we scale up aggressively to meet our customer expectations. Nikhil is a graduate from Thapar Institute of Technology, Patiala and previously worked in India and US with Cognizant as a Systems Analyst. Nikhil is more passionate about Playstation 3, Rock Music, Soccer and Beer than Bipin :)

After Completing her MCA in 2008, Deepali moved in to HR field and since then her professional journey is full of taking up new challenges and exploring new dimensions in her work field.Joined Zaakpay as Employee Happiness Officer which truly goes with her work profile and happy go lucky nature .Has excellent skills when it comes to understanding the requirement of the company as well as her fellow employees and fulfilling it with in given time frame. Her strong grasping power and 'Never say no' attitude helps in the smooth functioning of the org. 'Work hard and party even harder' is her mantra for life. And best part she is never tired doing her work no matter what time is it:). She has a good knack to solve puzzles, exploring new places and spending quality time with her loved ones :).

Abhishek is part of the core team at MobiKwik and he works on marketing alliances and customer acquisition strategies at MobiKwik. He finds us the right marketing partners, looks for interesting advertising and business opportunities, manages the content on the MobiKwik blog and handles campus hiring. Abhishek is an Information Technology graduate from Delhi College of Engineering. While studying, he worked on his 2 startups A-cube Academy and Naukrikajugaad.com. He loves hanging out with his friends,partying, visiting multi-cuisine restaurants and playing cricket.

Ankur Shrivastava
Lead Engineer
Ankur graduated from JIIT (Noida) with a B.Tech in Electronics and Comm. Engg in 2007 and joined Infosys the same year. After spending 3.5 years in the Services sector, he decided to quit Infosys and give in to his product startup love by joining MobiKwik. He is passionate about new product development and solving technical challenges. A die hard movies fan, he also devotes time in physics research which has earned him national and international publications in nano and astrophysics. He works with a simple mindset if there exists a solution, i will implement it, if not, i will invent it.

Atul Goyal

Atul is recent grad having graduated from IIIT-Delhi with B.Tech. in Computer Science less than a year back. After being involved in research for most of his time at IIIT-D which lead to coauthoring four research publications in national and international conferences, he decided to take a plunge into startup world and joined Mobikwik after spending few months exploring startup world on his own. He loves building products and is passionate about using technology to solve problems faced by people. At Mobikwik, he works on design and development of our Android and iOS applications. He is a technology Enthusiast, fond of gaming, internet addict, music lover and a travel freak! He tweets a lot and occasionally blogs as well.

Chirag is a Software Engineer at Zaakpay. After working for 3 years in traditional organisations like Rave Technologies and BNP Paribas in Mumbai, he wanted to work in a small startup to gain a new kind of experience. His wish was fulfilled when he got a call from Mobikwik and it seemed to be a perfect place to experience the startup environment. He is a big fan of cricket, horror movies and bollywood songs. He also likes to blog sometimes about random topics.

Prashant completed his schooling and graduation from what he says is the most powerful political place in Indian politics Raibareli. After completing B.Tech (CSE) in June 2009 and playing enough with C,C++, .Net and other programming languages, he found his true love in 2010: Open Source technology. He started his journey with System Administration in Team Computers, New Delhi. Then hopped to ONE97 Communication Pvt. Ltd in Noida as Associate Server Engineer. At Mobikwik, he´s our first point of contact when we see the pages loading slowly or get server alerts at 2 AM! Web Designer
Shyam landed in the big bad world of internet startups & Web Design by mistake. Zaakpay is his first full-time job and he takes great pride in churning out new HTML and CSS. Since he joined in Dec 2010, he has dabbled with JS, JSP, jQuery and made his peace with Eclipse. Shyam was meant to be a tennis player and follows sports fanatically around the year. Before joining Zaakpay, Shyam was a tennis coach at the Sports & Cultural Club 15A, Noida. He is the defacto office administrator and that's a blessing for us.Thanks to him, our broadband bill is paid on time & we never run out of coffee in the kitchen!

Having a strong educational background with an Engineering degree and MS in Banking and Finance, Amit joined Mobikwik with an aim to take his love for Entrepreneurship to the next level. Working with angry customers, service providers and managing customer expectations, Amit cleanly analyses every activity to learn the best out of it. Being perhaps the most hardworking one, you can expect him to be answering your queries even at 4 AM. His roaring laughter can be heard in every corner of the office and surely tells how much he loves to have fun. He also played professional Cricket for around 4 years and is always looking for opportunities to participate in Corporate events. Travelling and partying is what he loves to do on weekends, and sometimes on weekdays too :)

Sunali, a Post Graduate from NID Ahmedabad co-founded MobiKwik with Bipin in 2009. She designed the entire User Experience for Mobikwik.com at the time of launch. As a founding member she also contributed towards search engine optimization, promotional activities, feature innovation and the launch of Mobikwik website in Q3 2009. In April 2010, Sunali decided to move on to dedicate her time to her design house, now called, Beon Systems.
