Bipin Preet Singh
Founder CEO
Bipin has been running the show at MobiKwik since we launched in Q3 2009. From coding to site operations to customer support to business development to marketing to hiring Bipin has done it all at MobiKwik. His current focus is new product ideas, market differentiation and building strong revenue streams for the company. Bipin's prior career experiences were in the consumer hardware space as a Platform Architect at Intel & Nvidia at Bangalore and then Freescale Semiconductors at Noida. Bipin has dabbled in advertising as a Partner with Star Auto and in civic advocacy as a volunteer with Janagraaha. Bipin has a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi.
Nikhil Narang
Vice President, Sales & Operations
From generating new revenue streams, to closing reseller business deals, to suavely managing service providers, to dealing with angry customers Nikhil does it all in a days work. Nikhil is also the process guy who proactively creates automated systems to ensure we scale up aggressively to meet our customer expectations. Nikhil is a graduate from Thapar Institute of Technology, Patiala and previously worked in India and US with Cognizant as a Systems Analyst. Nikhil is more passionate about Playstation 3, Rock Music, Soccer and Beer than Bipin :)
Ankur Shrivastava
Technical Lead
Ankur graduated from JIIT (Noida) with a B.Tech in Electronics and Comm. Engg in 2007 and joined Infosys the same year. After spending 3.5 years in the Services sector, he decided to quit Infosys and give in to his product startup love by joining MobiKwik. He is passionate about new product development and solving technical challenges. A die hard movies fan, he also devotes time in physics research which has earned him national and international publications in nano and astrophysics. He works with a simple mindset if there exists a solution, i will implement it, if not, i will invent it.
Abhishek Chandra
Marketing Manager
Abhishek works on marketing and customer acquisition strategies at MobiKwik. He finds us the right marketing partners, looks for interesting advertising opportunities, manages the content on the MobiKwik blog, interacts with people on our Facebook page and handles campus hiring. Abhishek is a Computer Science graduate from Delhi College of Engineering. While studying, he worked on 2 startups A-cube Academy and Naukrikajugaad.com. He loves hanging out with his friends, visiting multi-cuisine restaurants and playing cricket.
Upasana Taku
Cheerleader & Partner
Upasana helps us with partnerships, business analytics and strategic decision making. She is currently CEO at Zaakpay.com. Her work at MobiKwik.com inspired her to start a company to solve the payments problems in India. Upasana spent her early professional years as a senior product manager with PayPal (an eBay company) in Silicon Valley. She has a Bachelors in Engineering from NIT Jalandhar and a Masters in Management Science from Stanford University. She is interested in web products, startups, offbeat travel and triathlons.
Rishi Vashishth
Software Developer
Rishi joined MobiKwik right out of college. He graduated in 2011 from SEC Sikar, Rajasthan with a B.Tech in Computer Science. He works on new features to improve user experience, data aggregation across operators, and SEO optimization. Rishi is thinks he is still new to Delhi and likes exploring new places, and hanging out with friends.
