Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Experience on Linux/Windows servers, network devices and monitoring.
  • Monitor NOC operations for overall availability of timely reports and resolution of issues as per allocated service levels.
  • Work as a central point of contact for all technical support teams and provide information for on-going incidents alert.
  • Real-time acknowledgement and ownership of IT infrastructure alerts.
  • Analyze, acknowledge and record each and every alert in the monitoring tool & handle the alert as per their impact.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Basic Experience of working with ansible.
  • 0.6 - 1+ years of hands-on experience in Build Release management.
  • Set up CI/CD pipelines, manage various tools required in the software lifecycle.
  • Scripting in shell, and UNIX / Linux System administration.
  • Skills: - Linux, Jenkins, Ansible, check_mk, Prometheus, Grafana
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead the engineering team & contribute as part of the technology team to determine strategic directions

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Manage policy / processes for Unsecured Products (Personal Loans, BNPL)
  • Enhance the credit lending framework including policies, processes, MIS, controls, etc for the Unsecured Lending Business
  • Set up framework of TTDs and EWS and to ensure that timely actions are taken to prevent further loss
  • Keep track of delinquency levels and ensure that requisite follow up is being done to ensure that over-dues are regularized in a time bound manner
  • Ensure credit policies and program risk acceptance criterias are reviewed regularly, with timely updates for proactive adaptation to changes in legal /regulatory requirements, business strategies, market environment or portfolio performance
  • Drive portfolio management initiatives through the credit cycle management framework by working in partnership with product managers, underwriting team, tech team and collection team
  • Ability to work closely with lending partners (Banks/NBFCs) to ensure implementation of agreed policies, processes, and transition of data through in timely manner
  • Ability to work closely with vendors/third parties on new initiatives to ensure speed, optimization of cost/resources or reduced losses
  • Work in partnership with the tech team to implement and test key credit policy criteria in relevant credit acceptance & evaluation systems
  • Ensure timely completion of RCSAs including appropriate action plans to address identified control gaps
  • Ensure issues/action plans arising from Risk & Control Self-Assessments, risk events, KRIs, regulatory inspections or other risk issues are properly followed up
  • Sound knowledge of policies / lending frameworks followed for this product
  • Good knowledge of credit evaluation methods, tools & techniques
  • Exposure to Digital channels, Fintechs and online tools of credit dispensation
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of work experience in credit risk and policy function from a Financial Services setup (Fintech is an added advantage) working on SQL, Tableau/ Power BI, Python
  • Prior experience in policy and risk analytics
  • Experience in risk and policy for unsecured products
  • Ability to work closely with cross functions and external partners
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Set up and manage tele-calling people/agencies for a specific zone
  • Set up and manage field collection agencies for a specific zone
  • Responsible to control the roll rates and recovery of overdues from the delinquent pool & control bucket wise delinquencies for a particular zone
  • Soft collection calling and reminder calling for EMI payment to customers informing about the due date, payment due and mode of payment available for payment
  • Manage the NPA along with the cost of collection
  • Liaise with the partners for reconciliation and to collect cash/cheque from the customer
  • Liaise with the partners for getting overdue details, bounce details and mandate reject details on a timely manner
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduate/MBA - ability and willingness to learn the process and digital orientation

  • The candidate should be able to handle the managerial role in Top 5 NBFC or Banks in collection for retail unsecured loans or credit cards or small-ticket loans

  • Develop content for blogs, articles, page/ product descriptions, and the company website
  • Write, edit, and publish high-quality editorial content targeted for MobiKwik's B2C and Zaakpay's B2B customers
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to identify customer needs and gaps in our content & recommend new topics to develop original content
  • Work closely with our content freelancers, SEO agency, and the Product team to audit and improve the brand's SEO performance and measure website traffic
  • Develop short-term and long-term technical SEO strategies as per the SEO roadmap
  • Create and follow an editorial calendar and collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Monitor and analyze the key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement
  • Use SEO recommendations and best practices to write content
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Degree in Marketing with a 3-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Working knowledge of content management systems
