Aircel’s Pocket Internet service supports two of the most popular GPRS plans in the India. Previously, these were unlimited GPRS plans but later Aircel introduced caps on the amount of data consumed. These packs are available in Delhi, Karnataka and most other circles in India. In order to check if its available for your circle, you can call up Aircel Customer Care.
Aircel has a default Pocket Internet Plan pre-activated for all its users, which charges all data usage at 10p/10KB.
1) Aircel Rs 14 GPRS plan – This pack, also available as Pocket Internet Rs 14 card, gives 250 MB of data usage beyond which browsing is charged at 10p/10KB. This plan is valid for 3 days only.
2) Aircel Rs 98 GPRS plan – This pack, also available as Pocket Internet Rs 98 card, gives 3 GB of data usage beyond which browsing is charged at 10p/10KB. This plan is valid for 30 Â days only.
In addition to these two, there are various circle specific cards which have recently become popular. For example, Delhi has a Pocket Internet Pack-251 which gives 9 GB free data usage and is valid for 90 days.
