While some of our competitors are busy copying our features, we are introducing a brand new service which allows you to recharge your mobile or DTH using Cash. Yes, you heard it right. Now, you can pay cash at your doorstep to recharge your mobile, datacard or DTH connection. No need to use your credit or debit card or netbanking.
This is how CashPay works:
1) Go to My Account and click on Add to Mobikwik Balance.
2) Enter an amount between 500 and 2000.
3) Select free coupons if you want them ( we have a Rs 2000 cleartrip cashback going on) or else just go to Payment options.
4) In Payment Options, select “CashPay” and click on Pay
5) Enter the address where we can send a representative to collect cash.
6) Note down the transaction ID which is generated by us.
7) Cash collection will happen at your doorstep , the same day or the next day.
8) As soon as we get the update from cash collection, we update your mobikwik balance.
9) Use your mobikwik balance to recharge online, using SMS, a voice call, or even a mobile app for your Java Phone or Android Phone.
Currently, there is no extra charge for this service, that is you get Rs 500 credit into mobikwik balance by paying Rs 500 cash.
