For such power women, every day is a women’s day. We know how much hard work and effort these lovely ladies of our office put in every day, not just at work, but at home as well. Especially those who have to take care of their kids and all household chores. We appreciate their will to keep going and handling everything with perfection and a smile on their face. This is why, we wanted them to relax on their day i.e. Women’s Day and get rid of at least a little bit of stress.
You may have heard that a little bit of stress is actually good. In the just-right amount, that adrenaline rush can power you through a long day at work.But while it feels good to conquer the day, in the end, it just simply feels better — and is more beneficial to health — to relax.
You may still end up racing to meet deadlines at work today or handling a stressful personal crisis — life goes on, no matter what kind of day it is. But relaxing whenever possible is healthier for you than you might think. To make them feel special and to make realize the importance of relaxation, we organised Foot, Head and Shoulder massage for all the superwoman of our office. On Women’s day, every woman in our office was greeted with a rose and chocolate, followed by a relaxed day at work. This was to salute them for their everlasting spirit and courage to keep going on, no matter what!
