Mobikwik is a very good solution for paying the bills and recharge the mobile at anytime, even at midnight. If you could add the BESCOM Electricity bill payment (Bangalore), it will be very useful for many more people. As the people in Bangalore are very busy, this app will surely help them in many ways.
