Mandatory furnishing of PAN, KYC details and Nomination by holders of physical securities as per SEBI Circular

SEBI vide its circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/37 dated March 16, 2023 and SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2023/181 dated November 17, 2023 and SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2024/37 dated May 07, 2024 has mandated all the shareholders holding shares in physical form to update the PAN, KYC details, Nomination, Contact details, Bank A/c details and Specimen signature for the respective folios. The abovementioned details can be updated by submitting the following forms, as may be applicable.
