- Cashback shall be credited within 24 Hours of transaction
- If the order is canceled or left undelivered at Air India's end, Air India (not MobiKwik) will initiate a refund
- After the refund is initiated, the amount will be credited back to the wallet within 7-10 days
- Coupon redemption and payment should be done only on Android and iOS App via Mobikwik wallet only
- Cashback will be credited to the MobiKwik wallet of the user pursuant to a successful eligible transaction
- Offer cannot be clubbed/used with any other offer
